It is an art form & science - likewise, management of this content by a third party vendor does two things:
1. It frees a provider up to concentrate on real business at hand;
2. Provides a protected barrier between provider and social media interactions that are not productive (i.e., lead qualification - make sure it is a real one that can result in actual revenue).
