Increased Alert Activity

Is it me or has there been an increase of crazy in Houston. I have been a long time reader even on the old site. Any ideas why? Attempts to take advantage of the economy? Everyone of their meds? Or % is still the same but more members mean more crazy? Just trying to figure it out. Safety should always be first. Btw if this is in the wrong section sorry.
