I'm not sure if it is one in the same but there is / was a class action lawsuit against Tiffany's for the same reason.
Kudos to the ladies for having the perserverance to see it through. Granted working at the clubs is a choice but the clubs make $$ hand over fist and some really stick it to the ladies (tip housemom, dj, door man, front desk and shift mgr before they walk out the door).
