So as not to offend, you might try suggesting that you take a shower together. If that doesn't fly then ask for a warm soapy towel with the excuse that you want to freshen up your privates. Once you have the towel in hand casually give her a good wipe down. It's worked for me in the past with not so fresh encounters and no one seemed to be offended.
