Boardwalk Empire is almost back!! Predictions, Parties and Favorite Moments

Hopefully, season 4 will see much less of Margaret and more of Chalky and Richard Harrow. Season 3 was a disappointment (except for the last two episodes) and it was a mistake to have whacked Jimmy so early in the series (RIP Jimmy Darmody). Heard rumors that Michael Pitt was allegedly a problem on the set and that's why they wrote him out of the show.

Only good episode last season was when Gyp invaded Atlantic City and Nucky had to flee.

You know Rothstein, Lucky Luciano, Capone and Nucky can't die, so that leaves Gillian, Margaret, Mickey Doyle or Chalky to be killed off this season. My money is on Margaret.

Season 4 premiere is the same night as Giants @ Cowboys....so watchin' Da Boyz instead!

Mr. Harrow is my favorite character on the show. I agree about Jimmy but Pitt is known for being a bit too *indy* in his craft so I can imagine you heard right.

Wow I have not watched the show but if it will get me an invite to the 1920's party I'll run out and buy the DVD's. Whose ass do I have to kiss for my invitation?

Prediction: Nucky will get nooky!

I was pissed that the chick from the itty-bitty titty committee got blown up; don't remember her name. Only if I was Nucky I'd have fucked her too rather than Margaret. Really nice legs on that babe. +1 on writing Margaret the fuck out of the series. I need more of the good stuff -- corruption and fucking. I'll bring the popcorn.

I love that show. I was disappointed that jimmy got taken out so early, I miss his wife on the show also.

I totally miss Jimmy and I wish they would have taken Angela's lesbian affair more into the story - that was so hot and edgy. But she was a mother and a dreamer and I liked her a lot. I'm glad Mr harrow honors her with Tommy. I liked Gillian better when jimmy was alive too. She's just like a shell of a person anymore who will do anything to keep her head above water. no soul in her since Nucky killed Jimmy.

I loved the scene in season 3 when Mr Harrow brings in Mickey Doyle after Mickey bragged that he killed Manny Horowitz to the guy at the warehouse. Richard Harrow is the best character I can ever remember seeing on TV. He is so intriguing and complex. Even in a lifestyle surrounded by crime, there is a clear sense from him of what is right and wrong. I hear that is why people like the Breaking Bad show too. I can't wait to start that show. I have a list of shows I want to see: walking dead, dexter, homeland (saw season one and loved it) and of course breaking bad. It would be so cool to do an all night session with a TV show theme night and watch a series from beginning to end with lots of playtime in the forefront. Like a grown up slumber party! Lol. Sorry I'm still waking up...I ramble. lol

Dang, I just watched last night part of the season 3 with a dear friend and I saw with horror how Gillian Darmody "the Madam" kills Jimmy's substitute to have a body ... she carefully and skillfully seduced him and then killed him in the bathtub after injecting him heroin ...
The whole scene of the seduction is super erotic, I had a huge hard just watching ... until the fatal end ... Lil'Luke hid like a turtle in his shell ... the hard was gone instantly ... OMFGosh

There is something very earthy and pretty about Kelly Macdonald. And I love the Irish brogue.

I am a season behind but it is my second favorite series behind Homeland. Nucky is a badass... And Margaret is kinda hot...

Well I got a little behind due to a family emergency but finally watched the season opener this morning and WOW! I forgot how great the writers at HBO are. Lots of interesting plots starting out. Here's some of my predictions:

Nucky goes back to Margaret bc he doesn't wanna be in the situation he was in with the girl from this last episode ever again (loved how he handled that btw Lol). I think he has feelings and they are very fragile now bc of losing Billie and Margaret at the same time.

Mr. PigglyWiggly rescues Gillian from heroine addiction but gets in over his head.

Agent Van Doren becomes a top bootlegger and henchman for Capone and then has a power struggle with the new agent on the block who was playing dumb and got the agent killed by the boobie trap at the warehouse.

Eli's son, Will, gets killed trying to come "up" in the business and causes yet another riff between Eli and Nucky.

Dickie's wife (the cuckhold role playing chic) runs to Harlem and gets the boss up there involved with Club Onyx to avenge her husband's death.

And I don't know WHAT to think about what Mr. Harrow is up to but I'm just so happy that he was in the opener. For those that don't know, he is played by Jack Houston who is the son of legendary actress Angelica Houston!

Now I'm pretty sure I'm 99-100% wrong on just about every one of these but it sure is fun to guess!

Can't wait for more! It's the kind of drama we can all truly enjoy! All of the ups, downs, twists and turns but none of the reality!
