The same way many others are elected, by voting straight ticket. Many precincts, the election judge, just tells everyone that walks thru the door just vote straight ticket. I have seen it several times and poll watchers document the occurrences and not a thing gets done.

And just think....prior to reading this, all I had to be concerned about was every-two-week lawn watering programs and the plight of arctic baby seals. Thank gawd our elected officials have their finger on the pulse of cause and effect scenarios such as this.....
