He's a legitimate SC justice.
The more we learn about how and the court overall, the worse the optics and the more there needs to be some type of adjustments made to increase ethics and transparency... while maintaining the court as an independent 3rd body.

I'll admit he WAS a legitimate SC justice, at one time. Most likely always a partisan hack, though.

The mere fact that a SCOTUS appointment is a lifetime position reeks of impropriety. If we want to get serious about ending SCOTUS corruption, term limits would be a great place to start.
