SNJ/CNJ/NNJ where are the borders?

Is there a good map that shows where the delineations are? I am headed to the area and I want to know where I stand location wise.

Hey HAP... I've always used a couple of Interstates as the dividing lines.

North of I-78 is NNJ
South of I-195 is SNJ
In between them is CNJ
