Horrible TCB

Has anyone else started to notice that Lolli101 assistant might be the main reason for the horrible Tcb, She might want to think about hiring someone else, cause this is starting to look bad IJS. What do you guys think?

Even have screenshot of her assistant flat being disrespectful and unprofessional when she does answer and lying about a scheduling 10 days in advance even though in reviews it was last minute or in the same day. Lolli needs to fire her
