Frozen Account - ECCIE Worldwide

So my main handle, Dogberry, was frozen a few weeks ago. I can't view anything other than my own posts and all messaging is disabled so I can't message an admin. At the time it was frozen, I was bringing up a lot of old posts in quick succession, which is the only thing I can think of that might have triggered this. Waiting has not solved the issue and I had to dust off this old login just to ask for help.

Can any MOD help me out and perhaps elucidate why this has happened to me so I can avoid it in the future? Thanks in advance!
