I got verified with them some time last year. I gave them my OH2 / Eccie info and references. They accepted that. I do not know about their requirements now. I have heard it was more stringent now.
K-festival would not accept that information. I did not get approved by them until after I had seen someone from LA.

Yes. I had to send mine for both LA and Kfest. They ran a background check cause I had to verify some info.

It was a quick process and I was a little concerned at first as well.

K fest accepted my P411 with a selfie of me holding up my drivers license partially blocked. I also had many provider references. LA would not accept all of this and so far I have not sent them and unblocked TDL pic. Talked to management, very nice about it, but no go without TDL pic. This is all in the last several months since the demise of all the AMPs.

Long detailed ROS is always better!
