Looks like fake pics on both ads to me.
First ad is for Internet model Bailey of Bailey's Room (http://www.baileysroom.com/).
The large photo in the 2nd ad got 25 hits on TinEye, meaning that photo is posted all over the Internet on various, mostly foreign language, web sites.
