Got any documented proof of these lies. Please share. I’m sure that there are lies being told but i’m not sure that they are equivalent to election denialism. Originally Posted by txdot-guy

I read the article and it appears that the editor is a bit biased. The links provided show no direct evidence of deliberate lying merely statements made that were corrected later, taken out of context, or overblown by the editor into something that they are not. If I missed something or I am taking something out of context please let me know, but I didn’t see anything there that would indicate otherwise. Originally Posted by txdot-guy

Psaki was one of the instigators of getting McDaniel fired from MSNBC. In her heart, she's a sanctimonious, lying hypocrite. Ronna McDaniel was a sanctimonious, lying hypocrite too, but she was paid to be a sanctimonious lying hypocrite.

I'm just as amazed by election denialism and, say, COVID vaccine paranoia as you are. And there are some political positions I think are nuts that you may not. For example, the $30 trillion in deficit spending AOC would wrack up to pay for the Green New Deal, and eliminating the domestic natural gas industry. But canceling or censoring people isn't the answer. I'd love to see Alexandria on Fox, defending some of her positions. I'm sure she'd get mad, and she's so adorable when she's mad!

Apple is canceling Jon Stewart from its platform, because he wanted to interview Lina Kahn and air segments on China and Artificial Intelligence that ran counter to Apple's corporate line. I agree strongly with Apple's positions on China and AI, and don't like Kahn. But canceling him for that was wrong.

And same for Twitter and Facebook. Yeah, if Trump attacks an individual on social media, fine, delete the posts. Maybe even give him points and a temporary suspension, like here on eccie. But don't cancel him.

Elites, whether they're Apple or Facebook executives or media talking heads like Chuck Todd and Jen Psaki, are entitled to their opinions and positions and to hire and fire and associate with people as they wish. But IMHO they should exercise some self control and allow opposing views, even if those views don't always make sense.

Chuck Todd, Rachel Maddow, Jen Psaki and the Morning Joe bunch should have wanted McDaniel on their shows, just as Fox hosts should welcome progressives. The two sides shouldn't separate into their own worlds and refuse to debate.

As a viewer of MSNBC and Fox, I'd like to see more toxic pundits, ideally AOC on Fox and The Donald himself on MSNBC. That would be entertaining! And a great venue to sell merchandise to a large audience if you're an advertiser!
