receiving emails

So i have been receiving emails that say i have a new pm from ECCIE but they are old PM's from months ago what is going on?? ? Is anybody else having this issue??

Must be blowing through some bandwidth.

I am experiencing the same problem but when I get the notification it appears as if the message is just being sent but when I log on there is no new message

It's happening across the board. They are working on it.
