It is one thing to get a guy to call you, it is quite another to get him to call back let alone, to see you regularly.

Here is a list, in no particular order, I tend to go by to call a provider back:

1. Have great TCB skills
2. Make me feel glad to be a man while we are together
3. Have great BCD skills
4. Be on time and have excellent personal hygeine
5. Have great IOP

Here is a list, also in no particular order, of who and why I do not call a provider back:

1. She is all talk and no or different in her actions
2. She is late
3. She is a clockwatcher, reminding me of how much time is left
4. She treats me like I am an ATM machine
5. She has an attitude and tends to have her mind elsewhere
