Never forget that guy benson gets paid to be a douche-bag. He is a pro. And while I would agree you are ready to move up to the pros (in the douche-bag area of expertise), you are still an unpaid amateur.

7 Gitmo cases have been completed since 2001. 6 are under appeal. The conviction rate for civilian courts is over 95%.

The AP story doesn't absolve Obama from NOT detaining the known Benghazi attackers............

The question is, do we remain a nation of laws or do we return to the policies of Bush and Cheney in which people we're are not even sure who they are kidnapped off streets and whisked to undisclosed prison in unnamed nations sometimes without their knowledge.

What Obama has been doing the past five years is not "returning to a nation of laws".............

It is laughable that you deflect to the Bush policies to vindicate Obama's failures.................

They "can't detain" them? They drone people with less evidence. They drone civilians and innocents? Why, now, are they concerned about building a case?
