DC Hotels?

So, is it normal in DC for providers to be in some nicer hotels? In my experience, an incall at an Embassy or Marriott would be a red flag. Is that normal here?

Some local folks here have their own place or have a share arrangement with other providers. Cost of the hotel drives up prices. In addition location makes a big difference. If you have wheels and get away from DC proper prices drop.
