I agree. They used to have two older ladies who gave a pretty strong massage, which I prefer. This younger one is lazy and doesn’t try very hard. She also has unrealistic expectations for tipping. Indiana is closer for me but I will visit Kittanning until I hear that changes have been made. Thanks for the review.
