Better check his pulse, ladies!
As I understand the law, if a person should die, wether accidently or purposely, while someone is commiting a criminal act, the perp can be charged with involuntary manslaughter, even if they didn't intend for that person's death to happen.
I actualy read this in a news clip somewhere.
An elderly man died while being serviced by a provider, heart attack or something like that. The provider in question was charged with second degree manslaughter because the man died as a result of her breaking the law (solicitation of prostitution).
Damn. I guess when dealing with a senior client, maybe you ladies should keep a stethoscope, blood-pressure cuffs, and a defribulator at your incall!
Um, actually...I do. Have you been to my place and not told me who you were?
The reason many people do not offer CPR are the Good Samaritan laws. Once you start the CPR you are stuck until medics take over.
This has happened more than once locally. The girls were freaked out, but LE was unconcerned about the alleged criminal act.
First off.
As noted, the police in DFW have little concern about if the guy was getting some for cash.
All the escort has to do is keep her mouth shut and if pressed, say she met him outside a bar someplace and they decided to have sex. No money. Money is what makes this thing illegal.
Two consenting adults can do just about anything they want.
I'd never want an escort to sweat over whether to call 9-1-1 or not if a client is in trouble and need a medic. The cops really do not care.
YEEEAAAA!!!! A thread I can actually have some input on. Those threads about giant boobs, men hung like camels and whether coaxing "Charlie" in the "chocholate starfish" is worth the extra 5 bucks have my eyes crossing...... (Just teasing, always good entertainment)
I have had this conversation with many of my clients and my answer is ALWAYS the same. If you are at my incall or I am at your outcall and you drop dead like a sack of potatoes....I am rolling your limp (more than likely nakid) body out the door and screaming "FIRE!!!" Someone is eventually going to find you.
On a more serious note....The Good Samaritan Law is actually something that was put in place to protect people who in "good faith" render aid in EMERGENCY situations. There are many facets to the Good Samaritan Law but in the particular scenario we are talking about here....if someone does need CPR and you in good faith make an attempt to revivie that person (and here is the catch) are not a registered or licensed health care worker you should be safe from any type of legal action. Being certifited by the American Heart Association or any other organization that certifies people in CPR does NOT make you liable in this situation. Being that I am a licensed health care worker WOULD make me liable to continue any efforts to revive someone until 1) Other health care workers arrive and take over the efforts or 2) I am stuck in some mountain terrain and I just simply can not go on after a long period of time in my efforts.
Ultimately having an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in your pocket at all times could be the ultimate weapon in helping someone in need of cardiac attention.
Now, being not only the Good Samaritan and Health Care Worker that I am.....I am happy to work out a trade with someone to get an AED in my incall.....(it could save a life)....but until then.....let me reiterate.....you drop dead at my incall....I am still rolling your nakid booty out the door.......

I'm wondering what would work better ,the CPR or just a good BBBJ, I know that would bring me back to life.

BBWAAHH HA HA HA HA HA
That's why I read this stuff. "What floor do you live on?"
LMAO!
True story:
Several years ago, A dancer friend of mine had a client who was going to pay for about $30,000 in cosmetic surgery for her. She was spending the night with him the evening prior to surgery, which he was putting on his credit card. He had a heart attack that night during sex, and as she was dialing 911, she was yelling "WHAT'S YOUR PIN NUMBER?!?!!" at him.
Oh, thats cold!!!! But completely understandable (LOL)
I have it on good authority that Spike Baby might even go so far as to call someone to help her roll my naked a$$ off the bed and out the door.
In my case, she would have to come up with a better excuse than "I just met his blind a$$ at the gym doing cardio and we just decided to come over here after working out to cool off on the bed and drink some bottled water when he began turning blue."
For the record.....My incall is on the 2nd floor, but your fall would be cushioned by a nice little patch of bushes to help break up the "SPLAT" effect. AND to go over and beyond I would toss your wallet out with you (minus my bananas of course) to make sure identification when smoothly and efficiently.
