How do I add an avatar?

I have looked and I can't seem to figure this out. A little help please.

This and many other personal options are available in your "User CP" http://www.eccie.net/usercp.php? located on the far left side of most pages, near the top.

Avatars, Signature lines, email and password changes and much more. Please check it out.

When changing your email address, be sure you enter it correctly and have access to the new email account as the system will email you there to confirm the change. You must respond to a link in that email or you will get locked out. Also be aware that that email ends up in Spam folders frequently.
