looking for a personal assistant

OK I need to find someone that help me with scheduling prescreenings and that will just be my partner here not looking for a boss or a pimp so those that are I don't do well with control . I really would love a lady to do this maybe someone that needs something to do and bored I am not apart of any drama so I would not like yours either. We will have lunch and meet face to face but I need to talk to you for a phone interview. This is a job offer. I am looking for this ASAP.
