While at a club the manager got into a fight with patrons from the club in the parking lot. Video shows the manager threw the first.punch. During the fight another patrons car was damaged almost 2000. As the clubs employee started the fight even.though he could have walked away, is the club libal for any of the damages to the car?
I say yes but the cars .owner is being told no by the club. Told him I would ask before he hired an attorney.
