rest of story comments

Another question if you will? Is there a way to make comments on the "Rest of the Story" entires? IE. "BCD brackets" ?

My personal preference to use on copied reviews that are posted as new thread is to use the private bracket so it outlines the comments section. the ROS tags serve the purpose also.
