Request to Edit a Review

Recently I was contacted to edit a review I posted on the basis of TMI. She requested that the "gory factor be removed.

I responded by contacting the Mods of the review board with a request to edit.

"Uxor enim dignitatis nomen est, non voluptatis." ('Wife' connotes rank, not sexual pleasure, or more literally "Wife is the name of dignity, not bliss")
We keep mistresses for our pleasures, concubines for constant attendance, and wives to bear us legitimate children and to be our faithful housekeepers

How would she see the gory factor in the first place? I can't see anything much but the title and basic info.
