Shaving Equipment

golfnwine's Avatar
My SO likes the feels of being shaved. (Lucky me).
When I shave I use a blade and cream but she gets irritated by this method.
Are there any electric shavers that do a close job around the 'sensitive areas'?
Most Providers I know use the cream and shaver method.

I use the Phillips Norelco bodygroom pro grooming system.

Had it for year without trying it on the boys because I tested it on my face and it pulled and yanked hair out, which scared me.
Finally got the balls (pun) to try it for real and its WONDERFUL downstairs.

I reiterate, it's for my SO so it should shave closely, like a razor.
Mine uses a triple blade gillette and "coochie cream" from the toy store. Okay, well, so do I. No complaints to date.

Great thread...thanks golfnwine. I was asking around the other day about this very subject. I'm always getting a razor burn, ingrown hairs, and tears and cuts from dull blades. I use a men's razor...tried all of them, and at some point, they all stop working. I want to buy an electric razor...so, do you think a woman can use the Norelco bodygroom...or do they make one for a woman?

Bought a Remington F3790 but haven't used it yet.
Will report back.
