BPH aka Enlarged Prostate - what can be done to restore semen flow

So I have hit the 50 in age.....but Im more like 40 !

I have been dx with BPH aka Enlarged Prostate and my urine flow is fine
its the semen flow that is down to a trickle if that at times.

My PSA is great 0.5 so not an issue....I cant get into a Urologist until
this November.....

So what can be done ? I feel all the same things I just dont ejaculate more then a pin drop but feel there is ALOT more there.
