Getting verified; passing the "newbie" milestone

Ok ladies and gents, whats the secret to getting verified? I have been on here for a while, have left a few reviews and have seen plenty of providers, but I still have a hard time getting a response when I send someone my references. What is the best/proper protocol when trying to "introduce" yourself to a provider you have not seen yet?

I send/PM links to provider showcases that I have seen/reviewed. Am I missing something else?

2 of your 4 reviews are from an Agency that likely will not give a reference. Reach out to the other two and remind them that you are using them as references and ask for their cooperation and consideration in responding to reference requests. And continue seeing Newbie Friendly ladies until you can build up a few more potential references.
