Review of a banned provider?

This morning, I was going to write a review of a provider. I pulled up the providers profile, to copy the link.

I noticed the provider was banned.

Are we allowed to write the review? If so, will it be credited?

And - off topic - but thanks for all the hard work. I know this is a thankless job...

Yes if review is of recent visit it is acceptable, the site is about information, she may have been banned for a rules violation of the site and it does not reflect on her ability to be a provider.
