I am a CPA although not in your area I do not need to be licensed in Texas to represent you. My background, I graduated in 89 in accounting and got my Enrolled Agent in 93 and CPA in 2001 my first job was representing clients with tax issues (Audits) current;y I specialize in tax preparation and governmental audits. I'm not a CPA but I do have 40+ years of tax experience, including many years with the IRS doing tax audits and other work.
