The Whole World Is Aghast Over Trump

I am sitting here watching Chris Mathews, and everybody is just having a hissie fit over Trump's comments about banning the entry of Muslims into the US.

What Trump is saying is what (probably) half of the Country is thinking.

A poll taken just yesterday of all voters says that 60 % agree that the the practice of Islam is incompatible with American Values, and the freedoms we enjoy.

And it is. If Muslims are really true to their Religion, they cannot be for just about all of the Freedoms guaranteed to us by our Bill of Rights.

Of course, the majority of Muslims are probably like the majority of Chritians. They follow the tenants of their faith that are convenient.

Not all of that "kill the Infidels" crap that that is espoused by the radical extremist who claim to follow the true teachings of the Prophet.

Yes, there has to be an inevitable backlash against immigration - the numbers in the recent years are big.

Who voted for our current immigration levels ?? I sure didn't.....

I say let every Muslim from abroad who wants to enter this country let them come over, but the media better keep any story about terrorism from now on out of the news, cause it's not worth hearing about anymore. What Trump said was not that controversial and has a precedent in this country. Wilson threw Americans out of this country and imprisoned presidential candidates. FDR threw Mexicans out of this country and relocated the Japanese after Pearl Harbor. Eisenhower threw Mexicans out of this country. The Constitution says that Congress will set the terms of immigration into the US. It does not say that religion, creed, or national origin cannot be taken into account. In fact, the number of Asians into this country was zero for decades.

No, the shit storm is caused by the lies and intentional misinterpretation by the press. Trump only spoke of Muslims ENTERING this country that could not be vetted. Nothing about citizens, nothing about people already here, and he is even for allowing those Muslims from places like England and Germany who can be effectively vetted.

Here is another difference. Obama and the left are calling for more gun control which would not have stopped San Bernadino. If we had refused entry into this country of Mrs. terrorists then San Bernadino would have probably not happened.
