Johnstown has two college campuses: Pitt-Johnstown (UPJ) and Penn-Highlands. Since I've been on SA, I have only seen a handful of SB profiles, and have only ever had one response from a UPJ SB. The profiles usually don't last. What am I missing? I've often wondered why these campuses have no representation. Are they on another site? Do they list another city of origin (like some IUP SBs list Pittsburgh?)? Do they just truly not exist, or are they deep UTR? It's not a lack of good looking women, and it's Johnstown, not exactly an aristocracy. IUP, on the other hand, has a lot more representation, although I think most of them want to sell pics. Just wondering if anyone has had luck or the same frustrations?
