How to leave reviews???

Hi, I hobbied on this site before it went down for a bit and have forgotten how to leave a review. Can someone please help with that? Thanks in advance!!!

how did you remember what ta do ?

Go to the appropriate forum, click on that big "New Encounter Report" button, fill out the form, and submit it.

Go see a provider and then tell us about it.
