collective wisdom sought

I have a utr provider friend that would like to leave the hobby. She is going to look for a job. She needs to work for cash with limited documentation. Any suggestions on how she might find employment? She does not want to provide escort services in her new job.

I'm sure the "un-documented" Alien community has a lot of answers..

day laborer, home health aide, Nanny... ease of entry, no documentation, cash-only if you desire, no FICA tax to bother with.. but little pay

there is one other "cash only" business that can't be mentioned here. my understanding is that it may be a hazardous line of work

She can do babysitting, home health care, day labor type jobs, etc. as others have mentioned. Any legitimate job is going to have a paper trail.

Most folks I know who have nannies are very rigorous in paying SS taxes, etc., especially if they hold professional lisences. There are also typically extensive background checks for such jobs. We would spend about $700-1,500 on investigators checking out references, interviewing former employees, etc. found some disqualifying information on one gal. But the three we hired over 15 years were very good.
Simply have her work for a temp service.
90% of the employees are undocumented.

Employers use this service to get great help without having to do background checks.

Some pay pretty decent.
What skills does she have?
Age, education, training, skills, citizenship, would all help you get better suggestions

I guess in theory if she was well organized she could become a booking agent for providers. I think some of them have personal assistant type people?
What do you mean 'cash with limited documentation'? You mean no visa/citizenship? I guess part-time waitressing in ethnic restaurants? I don't know…I don't really agree in supporting illegal aliens.
Depending if she has any administrative skills, she could potentially be a personal assistant.

i.e. running errands, picking up dry cleaning, scheduling appointments, booking travel, watching the place when I'm gone etc..

I pay someone cash each week to do these things for me and it provides good pocket money for a student finishing up their masters program tax free and helps me out as well.
