Unable to change fonts

I can't change font, size or color of type. Big x thru the A on far left. Ideas?

Try all the normal tricks; log out and back in, clean your cache and cookies, restart your PC, etc. If that doesn't resolve the problem, send an email to websupport@eccie.net and explain the problem to a member of the admin staff.
