I suspect for a sufficient monthly check, all but a very few escorts would be willing to do so. However, like all exclusive relationships, money only goes so far. Eventually, something else sours the deal. But drop $20 - 30k a month plus an apartment on the table and watch them line up. Hell, I might line up for that. But after several months, I'd be craving some strange, start to cheat, or get tired of banging the same old gal, etc. And eventually, it would blow up, albeit hopefully after I stashed away some of that cash.
