Had an interesting discussion among friends yesterday that involved sex videos. Apparently one popped up of me that was made about 12 years ago. My defense was to reply to a question with a question....
Who hasn't been curious about how they look during sex and to watch themselves with someone amazing?
to my astonishment I was asked another one and that was if I was paid which was laughed at and then jumped to another question reply that...
If porn is legal, but paying for sexual favors is not...then why are porn actors and actresses not arrested since they are being paid to perform sexual favors?
Either way the government collects taxes...

To answer your first question, I remember when camcorders or video cameras that you could hook up to TVs first came out. The wife and I filmed ourselves a few times. It was pretty hot watching it on TV during sex, gotta say.
