Info on SPI (Visiting Next Month)

I will be visiting south tx next month. Wondering if SPI is ok to do Incalls or is Brownsville better?

SPI may serve you better. Either place doesn't have alot of hobbiest. McAllen has more. But if your goal is to vacation and play then try SPI
