I hate religion. In it's current form, it's a useless concept, except for tax exempt churches, lemmings who can't think for themselves and the belief of life after death.

This had nothing to do with being Christian and Christmas. These were protesters from the Palestinian National Initiative attempting to approach an Israeli checkpoint wearing Santa Claus suits. The response is absolutely predictable considering how many IDF have been killed by suicide bombers.
