Paperwork At An AMP

I decided to visit AMP in Corpus on Wednesday. Once the session was over mamasan wanted me to fill out a questionnaire requested by the city. The form ask for name, address, contact info and medical questions. Of course I wrote down my John Doe info. The last question was what the purpose of the massage therapy. I guess writing “Happy Ending - CBJ, K9, CG” may not be the appropriate answer. Lol. Just thought it was hilarious and wanted to share with the community.

I had the same thing at another one in town. My first time there she did a pretty good massage, teased just a little, and when I started teasing back she went straight legit. 2nd time she asked me to fill out the paperwork, said I can put whatever I want but the city was asking for it, and gave me the longest, sensualist HJ I’ve ever had.
