Hey there Hobbiers!

This will be my first trip to your fair city and I would like to find the best place to stay?

Looking forward to my visit and the Southern Hospitality to help a lady feel welcome.

Thanks...

GSJ
Depends on where you're staying as far as city wise.

I will be staying in Jackson, Ms 4/19-4/21
Looking for a place in a safe area of town, reasonable rate, comfortable and classy.

I bet there are all kinds of great places like that?

Thank you for your help!
Honey, it is SEVERELY HOT up there at present. Please be careful. I cannot give any recommendations at this time. Please back channel one of the mods, Road Lizard or Lea
Hey lady, SM is right, Jackson is damn hot right now.

Getting the message that Jackson is hot at the moment.

Where would you suggest I go instead?

Jack, I would be happy to pay you a visit, darlin!
You would probably do good in either Biloxi or Hattiesburg. Of the 2 of those, Biloxi is the better bet plus you've got a lot of choices of hotels and great food. My favorite hotels there are Beau Rivage, Scarlet Pearl and IP Casino.

Edit to add: You might want to skip the IP, I forgot that they check room cards at the elevators.
SP is not the ideal place to stay. Rooms are nice, but the hotel key moves elevator up and down. You get no where visiting without it. Which means you have to go get people every time

The IP only does the card check on the weekends.

Same as the Beau.

The old HR hotel is accessible.
The new hotel, nope.

Palace, you have to meet downstairs as well.

Ginger, I am a little bummed as well about Jackson because I was wanting the make a visit there in June. Big hell no if it is as hot as it is.

If you want to Target Jackson as well, maybe stay in the burg, as some of the guys will be willing to travel the small distance. It is the halfway point (almost) between Biloxi and Jax.

Good luck, play safe and have loads of fun darlin!
