Did i miss something? Hardly no reviews of Dallas AMP's at all, just suburbs? Something happen?

It appears we are in a rotation. New places seem to be getting honeymoon respect.

Not only much less activity, but the quality of reviews has been questionable at best. I don’t know the percentage, but seems many reviewers are fairly new to ECCIE.

People are holding on to their honey holes so they don't get blown up

That is a good thing. Tired of reading 2 or 3 reviews on an AMP per day, only to have it raided within a month. When I see lots of reviews for one location, I stay away.
