$$$hr Vs $$$hr msog

I just saw an ad posted where the provider is asking for 200 per hour, but was also charging 250hr msog. I don't understand the difference. If I am paying for an allotted amount of time I should have the choice of being able to pop multiple times if I'm able to in that given hour. why charge extra to pop more than once if I am paying for time?

It's called greety. When I see those types of ads I pass and go elsewhere. There are too many quality ladies here for a reasonable price.
