A little help...

I have what I thought was the Bible of hobby terms, acronyms and abbreviations but these two aren't in there and I'm not bright enough anymore to answer my own question.

TCB and IOP. Should be obvious but I've struggled too long on these.

Your assistance will be appreciated.

EWRECKED
TCB = Taking Care of Business. Basically the ability to respond to texts / emails / messages in a reasonable amount of time, make an appointment and stick to it, be ready on time, etc.

IOP = Illusion Of Passion. Are they able to enjoy the encounter, or at least pretend that they are enjoying it.
TCB: A quality and skill that is getting more and more difficult to find.

IOP: Faking it.
Thank you both for clearing those up for me and I'm afraid the TCB part or lack thereof is a symptom of the newer generation's lackadaisical approach to communication.

Always nice to get terms defined in different ways. First the positive version, then the negative one.

As to generational issues with attention to business details, I think it more an age thing. I have seen several generations of ladies, and in all of them as they age they tend to mature (at least those who survive in this game).

i wonder why the OP did not mention BBCR. I hear good things about it.
