There needs to be more options to this poll. I've asked a couple of my clients who have been members of ECCIE for a while (1 - 2 years) on why they do not post reviews.

BSB, WRT to a couple of your specific suiggestions:
- Its takes too much time.
I'd put this under the "form is cumbersome" option. I didn't make that clear, but, IMHO, it all falls under the category of the work-required-to-reward ratio. You get fewer reviews if people think the ratio is too close to infinity.
- Its unnecessary because they already have P411/References.
Good point, similar to mine about PA.
- Its unnecessary to review a provider who is already highly reviewed.
That's where I was going with the "wouldn't add anything " option.
- They don't want to leave a trail of information/evidence online behind due to fears of LE.
- They don't want to leave a trail of information/evidence behind for their wives to find out. (Having an account on an escort site is already bad enough, but posting their bonafide experiences would be even worse).
That's the intent of the "personal privacy" choice.
- They would rather be discreet about their experiences.
See the "intimate details" option.
Also, I have clients whose first language is definitely not english. This may play a factor into why they don't write reviews either.
Good point. I should know from having ben here so long that many people could benefit from an ESL course.
