Got a PM from ZAM. Did not know she was banned until I researched. I did not know BANNED ones could access the site and send PM's.
Any suggestions?

Are you positive the PM was not sent before she was banned ? Because if it were sent , and then she was banned , the custom line under avatar would have changed to banned .

The OP signed up three days (at most) before receiving the PM, and had never posted until this thread. The same thing happened to coastielife. Somewhat perplexing.
