I think at times YMMV with providers sometimes, everyone can have an off day or have their mind elsewhere when they should be working. I've seen Lindsay a few times and it's always been great, but there was a provider in the past (Sexy Stacey) that I saw a few times, but on one particular visit she was anything but good. I actually talked to her about it when we were done and she apologized for poor performance and said she had a lot going on, well anyway, she made it up to me for my honesty on the next appt.
