The New Encounter Button has been reported as being Missing in the Killeen AMP, Studio and Strip Club Forums.
The Programmer is working on this issue.
Until the Buttons have been returned to the Forums listed above.
Please post the New AMP, Studio and Strip Club Encounters in the Encounters Forum until the issue is resolved.
