Goodness gracious me looks like the AG in Nevada has decided to indict six of the fake pro-Trump electors. This is the third state besides Nevada which is joining Michigan and Georgia in prosecuting fake electors. In total, 5 states have criminal investigations against who signed onto slates as alternative electors with more charges to follow likely.
I guess besides indicting ham sandwiches you can also indict criminals as is proof here.
