The LE check

Is this a BP thing, or a new person to the hobby thing that is an unavoidable phase that we all do (guys or gals) maybe it's a small town custom.
It's pretty common especially with first time with provider/client. Just a standard check.

It's a false sense of security much like the old "the check is in the mail."
LE check = "Are you a cop?" (Because an officer can't lie about that if you ask)

LE check = "Touch my boob, or cootch, or ass, or kiss" (Because an officer is not allowed to touch, fondle, kiss, etc.)

Here is the only LE check that works = Offer sex for money and see if he puts the cuffs on you!!

Ah, the memories.

My very first provider experience involved an LE check. I was nervous but so turned on. She had me drop my pants and lower my shorts. Of course, I was at full-staff. She laughed and said something like, "maybe we should get busy. Looks like we have some work to do." I guess I passed.

In actuality, I doubt that would prevent LE from pinning her. But it was fun!
i can just see the only way this makes sense..

"drop your pants to prove your arent le.. "

drop pants

"ok, good.. because i am.. and i didnt want this to be a double bust.. "

im just kidding.. people just do whatever makes them feel comfortable.

The LE check really doesn't protect the provider at all these days since most LE are allowed at least some sexual contact in order to make the bust.

On the other hand, how many guys have been busted by female LE who allowed any touching at all?

So for guys the LE check can be somewhat helpful if the provider is a street worker or unknown escort but its still not foolproof and you got to make damn sure any touching is consensual or preferably initiated by the provider.

I can't remember the location at the moment but I recall where both providers and would be clients had assault or sexual battery charges added to their solicitation charges for trying the "cop check" on the undercover LE during the stings.
