What's with all this partying

Just curious, been seeing a new trend lately everyone saying their "PARTY FRIENDLY" are they referencing drug use or they attend partys (e.g. bachelor) if you know please advise

I don't know what that means either. I, myself, HATE partying in general and I am so against drugs. Ugh! Ugh!!! And URGH!!!!!!!!

When "skiing" came up here, I was thinking the porn definition: One woman tugging on two guys at the same time. (Additional participants are optional; the more adventuresome go in for "skiing while airtight.")
